Took my truck in with warranty needed on the Goodyear tires. They contacted Goodyear and took care of the warranty and replaced the tires. Excellent service and great to deal with! Highly recommend them for tires on your vehicle!

Took my car in for an engine noise that I was advised to get checked. The day before the appointment I was advised by another person there was no odd noise. I took it in anyway just for peace of mind. The mechanics couldn’t duplicate any odd noise. They checked my fluids etc. Then when I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me for checking it out. Wow! That was a nice surprise! I will continue to go to Richlonns when I need service. Thanks!

Pulled in at 9:30A for oil change to my 4wd system and out by 12N. Quiet and professional personnel and service.

I was very pleased with the service I got on my new tire in the spring. All 4 of my tires were recently low on air with the weather changing. I took my car in for them to put air in them. Everyone greeted me with a smile and filled up my tires with air. They were so kind and have great service at the Racine on Washington location!!

I have been coming to Richlonns in Muskego for many years with my whole families cars. I have always been impressed with the service and friendliness that the store has always given. I understand that Alex is the new manager. I have dealt with him in the past and he was always accommodating. You should be proud to have him as the manager.
