Made a 6/2020 appointment at Muskego for brake issues on a 2012 Ford Edge. Richlonn's called me back suggesting I contact the Ford dealer, as the symptoms resembled a defect that might be covered under an extended warranty issued in 2014 (indeed it was). Saved me $400 in parts and even more in labor since the repair involved several hours of work. Great example of Richlonn's integrity!

My mother and I borrowed my son's car to run errands when the little wrench icon lit up, the car made lots of noises, did not have any pick up, etc., etc. The first place I thought of was Richlonn's in Muskego because they had serviced our Range Rover before and because it is close to our home. We walked in at almost closing the time. The person at the counter was very attentive and accommodating as well as his team. I left the car overnight and it was fixed by Monday morning, including new parts. They even asked about my mother when my son and I went to pick up the car. How nice is that? This is a great place for fast and friendly service. The prices are reasonable as well. Thank you to the Richlonn's team. We will be back again and again when needed :)
Outstanding Service==Honest==Knowledgeable Mechanics== My son and I been taking our vehicles there for years===The only draw back the service prices are a little high==it would help if ALL the Shop disposal fee was eliminated
